Makes me wonder. The superwave would propagate throughout the galaxy. Theoretically speaking ET would have to swoop in, scoop some folks up, and then make haste to remain in front of the wave. Where would they go? Where is the high ground?

You're a dodger ... you think you can move around and say things and confuse people - but, you can't. If you had read (and absorbed) anything that I have said, you would remember that I went out of my way to check my entire experiential picture and all my conclusions taking on a psychotherapist. I wanted to know - and why would that be? Hmm - maybe because it was a possibility I was wrong - and in this case wrong was delusional. Guess what - not nuts.
What I know for sure is how learning happens, and I know what the tell-tale signs of fear are.

As far as earth goes, it takes the event (depending on your measurements between here and the galactic center) roughly 25,000 years to get here traveling at near the speed of light. Timing would be measurable if you could see it, and ET can ... unfortunately we can't.
They have been piddling around here since the 1930s, knowing it was going to take a LONG time to get through to us, if it even happens at all. As far as what they're going to do - there is no data on my end that paints any kind of picture. I could guess what's going to happen based on the fact that tons of people are probably going to get caught up in this ... if they landed, people would either run, or rush the ship. It would be a panic either way. All I know is that if it's a "beam me up Scotty" picture, you had better be mentally ready.
Ok, so you say they helped humanity in the past, my question is 2 fold 'how' and 'when', was it before or after the events took place? Once I understand that answer I can draw my own conclusions about how this might play out again. (ya know, the whole history repeating itself thing)

I wish they give me ring so to speak. I'd like to talk to them myself about the whole business. I've been thinking about this since I was about 7 years old. I think I'm mentally prepared but not even a postcard in over 40 something years. That I can remember anyway. [glances around the room] I've spoken to contactees and experiencers and said, "Hey, tell your guys to look me up." But no joy.

This is an entertaining thread. OnlyChild, I've read everything you've written. I don't like to just say things without thinking. I'm glad you believe in this theory wholeheartedly. Unfortunately, you are so invested in it, that there is no reasoning with you, although it is fun to see you dance around the insanity of it all.

Yes, it never does seem to work out does it? Nevertheless at this point in time I'm of the mind that if I'm going to see a UFO or some other apparition I'd just like to get on with it before I get much older.
Like I've said in other threads, I doubt I would ever really tell anyone else other than just a couple of people were something to occur out of the ordinary. I'm of the opinion that for every one that goes public there are many more that see things they can't explain and don't tell a soul or a handful at most.
I wonder, is it not possible for one thread on this forum to have a decent conversation without insults from people who don't agree with someone else's views or findings? And shouldn't there be a higher code of conduct for the administrators as far as this goes or to flat out try to bait and hook someone, esp. (seemingly targeting) the new members? I'm starting to think maybe this isn't a place I want to be associated with. Doesn't seem very professional or very decent to me. And honestly, this makes me really disappointed. You would think that a forum that is affiliated with a radio show or other program would adhere to higher standards than this. There are decent folks here, Gene and Chris are both part of this group, but the other decent folks don't get a word in edge ways to have a thorough discussion without a lot of disruption from the nonsensical folks...frustrating, to say the least.
You aren't being blocked. It is a problem at the datacenter in which our server is located. They were working to minimize the impact as I was writing this message.
