Questions for Jesse Ventura!

Free episodes:

If Oswald had the inferior and highly inaccurate model 91/24 then his ability to do the shots accurately is put into question. Add the fact that it seems that he was at the lowest end of the marksman scale and you have an unlikely mix.

HI Guys,

I am only able to post qiuckly tonight and will be leaving for home after tomorrow. I will post alot more there.

Quick answers.

1) I am not suggesting that the rifle was switched in any way. I have done enough research to know that the rifles were both extremely cheap. Apparently, the Italian distributors did not always take great care in accurately organizing which rifles they were shipping. In fact as these were WWII surplus many were shipped dirty and with missing parts. Or at least says one very knowledgable guy on snipers forum. Thus, it is very likely that even though the 91/24 was the rifle ordred, they could easily have ended up sending a 91/38. The market at the time was flooded with these rifles. I will try and post the numbers as I was pointed to them.

2) The rifle inspected by the FBI was immediately test fired by 3 individuls. 2 of the three shot interlocking rounds through a target at 15 feet. The third man had partial interlocking shots. An interlocking shot is when one bullet hole laps over another. This is a tell tale sign of accuracy and consistency. The only issue is that all shooters shot high and right. This is where the 375 yard zero came from. Basically, they all aimed for the center and measured the mean average of how far off center the shots were. They ran it through a complex trig algorythm and produced the 375 zero. That is the genesis of that number. In my opinion this is the start of nearly all the controversy. The only place they ever mention removing the scope for fingerprints was during the Shaw trial. I am still collecting information about that.

Anyway, sorry to have to run but I will post more later.

Ok I'm going off topic but I will come straight back I promise just bare with me.
If I was described as a "truther" or "conspiracy nut" it would'nt worry me at all, as that is just some ones opinion, and opinions as I have said before are our own personal property. However they (opinions) are full of contradictions, bias and emotion regardless of who holds them. What I am trying to say is that "Truth" has many interpretations and they are all "personal".
I am glad of posters in this forum like Lance Moody who make convincing arguements born of logic and reason and whos motives are genuinley good and well intended, but I feel I should point out that there is another element to opinion and that is "Trust" and that "trust" is very much subject to emotion and memory.
In other words I dont "Trust" that a Power Base that would conspire to cover up the lethal effects of smoking tobbaco. A product that made untold tax dollars but killed its own citizens, would be above conspiring in some way to killing its own head of state if it was required. That is what it is, my opinion.
all the best

I guess I have to eat crow also. Who' a thunk it. Man, that "deep government group" is serious when it comes to keeping the truth about the space bros quiet. :-)

Ya know what? That sounded a little snarky of me. I honestly don't know if we are being visited by people from space. I honestly don't believe we are but I could be wrong. The fact is there is so much more that we don't know about reality (imo) than what we do know. I look at a sunset or the ocean or study the stars or contemplate the wonders the human mind has wrought with science and technonolgy and I honestly see a divine mind. Others look at the same sky and the same science and the same ocean and see....a body of water and some stars and don't think we need to bring any other meaning into it. I can understand that view also. Some look and see the night sky and feel there just has to be other life and that it is more advanced and therefore likely to have visited us here on earth. I try to keep my own counsil when it comes to spritual matters since I'm the one who wakes up in this skin everyday. I try not to be a jerk (don't try as hard sometime as others) and not scoff at somebodys honest belief or desire to believe in E.T. I admit that to me (and I've already said I could be wrong) Trajanus is religious in his steadfast faith in E.T. So, is Mike to a little less degree. I just honestly don't see where there is any evidence at all that we are being visited by people/beings from space. While I have never been a Saganite :-) I do remember an old interview with him from many years ago when I was very young. He was on one of the daytime talk shows back then. Merve Griffin or Cavett or Mike Dougllas. I can't remember. But, I still remember something he said. It was along the lines of (bad paraphrase follows) Maybe if there is life out there it doesn't look anything at all like us. Maybe they look like pogo sticks and jump around. Maybe they don't use legs or the humanoid form. Anyway, I wish I could remember the show and the conversation but at 12 or 13 years old I wasn't that awe struck with a scientist on t.v. I was more than likely just flipping it to something else. Anyway, maybe they are nothing like us if they are there at all. We might be ants to them or we might be angels to them. They might be angels to us. They might be machines (I still think that Nigel Kerner guy has some scary ideas about em) Anyway, I'll try to be more civil and less scoffing of others opinions even if the differ greatly from my own. :-)
