I have been in communion with "pol an gibearnach glic" (Paul the psychic Octopus) and he has told me all of the results so far with 100% accuracy, but only on the condition that I don't reveal his prediction until after the match

My World Cup Déjà Vu para-moment: the commentator is talking about Greece's offside problems while on screen the proverbial cute soccer gal wearing jester's hat is smiling at camera then looks to screen right, cut to Greek player that was offside, cut to Greek coach looking a little more disgruntled than normal like the offsides were his fault. Not only did I see the exact same sequence of shots but I also heard the exact same set of comments from the commentator as well during a match in the group stages. Either the video switcher is just recycling previous shots or the psychic octopus is trying to contact me. From my previous years as a video editor I always remember shot/audio sequences and I know I saw & heard that exact sequence before.
Either way I remain startled. WTF just happened my brain screamed?! But then the lull of that game brought me back to near sleep, waiting for Costa Rica to win, probably their last win of the tourney.

I'm watching the 0-0 draw at the end of 90 minutes and wonder if Paul has it right - especially with the USA-Belgium prediction which Floyd clearly told me would be 2-1 for Belgium?

BTW I wanted to mention earlier that 3-0 might be a little 'aggressive' of a Prediction Han but 90 seconds in and 1-0 already. maybe Paul's onto something.

Paul's prediction was 2-1 to Germany after extra time! the 3-0 was mine
All of the group winners have won so far, hopefully the USA will break this pattern.
