Was reported from on the ground by international press at the time.. came in from three different sources and that is all I can give you .. The fact that it has not made it to international news should not surprise you now should it. Is it 100% ,,, not sure as I would not expect it to be as its a war zone.

I will add that yes I do have media contacts on the ground as I used to work in the media.. Still keep contact with those people and I have been in this sort of mess myself.
 
Well, I think you should be more careful with your "confirmations", your trust in your "media contacts on the ground", and your faith in this so-called "international press". Looks to me like you're being played.
 
So far we have heard about possible developements on the Palestinian front. I guarantee that Israel has a plan too with or without US involvement and they don't put on kid gloves when fighting i.e. staying away from Mosques like the US does.

And it sounds like you are just here to complain.

Since one of the people on the ground as such is a family member I trust what he has to say.
And no I am not Palestinian.
It is a war zone so info can be messy and reports get confirmed than changed.. I know from my own experience in the field. I have already told you this... so stop trying to derail this thread.

And frankly I am not going to pester them for the gratification of some armchair spectator on the internet.

You appear to be one of them, and you're using this thread to convey your "information". If you had written that you had "heard" that an Israeli F-16 was shot down, I wouldn't bother. But no, you said "Ok I can confirm this". You were wrong. No matter what you say about your contacts, friends, "experience in the field", you were wrong. The rest of your "news" thus becomes suspect. Write items like this -- expect push-back.

And by the way, the plural form of "blasphemy" is not "blasphemy's".

This is the information I was told and now you are derailing the thread.

Like I said is it true.. Not 100% sure... take from it what you will. At the Time I asked for conformation on this the area they were in was being shelled and I am not going to chase it up for you. now can we please move on or do I need a Mod in here to sort things out

Thats the nature of raw news feeds.
When i worked in Forex, we used reuters feeds, and they were often wrong.

That didnt stop the dealers from using these feeds to do thier job.

I for one am glad Stonehart is taking the time to pass on a raw feed, MSM isnt passing on much at all.
 
Thanks mike... its hard to get people to understand how it really works for reporting... Gets real messy and confused... We would often get reports that such and such has happened and yes it is confirmed only to find out an hour or a day or two latter that it is not the case at all.

War zone its a mess... you take what info you can get and for what it is worth..

Those are the raw cam feeds from Reuters and Russia Today for those that wish to see Gaza.. frankly I have them off... not interested in seeing people die.

Not much else to add today as it is just more of the same... civilians getting killed, Hamas claiming this and that but can not back it up, and more Israeli troops on the border zone.
